    Update: July 7th 2025, 1807hs (Original;They know how to listen, yet they don't know how to do anything. When you call them they say yes we will help you, come to find out if it's not super simple, in black and white on paperwork, they really don't give a damn. They know how to listen I'll give them that. That's the only reason why they got three stars because they listen better than average.) Follow up; July 7th 2025, 1757hs. After, what I consider a moderately decent conversation as mentioned below I decided to follow up. Granted he called because of this review and wanted to change my mind. That was his main ambition. However knowing full well how honest I am I think I may have encouraged him to conduct business with more honesty. We had a discussion about earning the Stars and all the things that I have yet endured with all the other lawyers as you could probably read in my reviews. I am a stickler for honesty. Mr Matthew wanted to earn the Stars, and I told him the honesty, of honest ratings of what they should really mean. I can tell he honestly appreciated my honesty if you will excuse the redundance. So I believe he has a desire for great improvement and in the long run it will serve both him and his clients well. Consequently it may lead to a Time where is wife will even be more pleased with a man that he has become because of that honesty. And at the end of life that is one of the best things to hold on to as you slip precariously down that slippery and twisting slide, a lot like those slides we used to have as kids. No he may not have taken my case and I will make no excuse for any of it except for what I already aforementioned which technically does not change entirely. However after his effort thereafter, either to change the rating or to change who he is so he can further improve, this I cannot tell with absolute honesty. However I also know psychology well enough to know that muscle memory, just the act of him doing it once will provoke him to be better every time thereafter and if he is not, he's conscience will chide for now he knows he can technically do better. In the long run when you're dealing with a lawyer or anyone for that matter you do want to find someone and partner with someone who is willing to make improvements. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of other lawyers that I have spoken with, he is the first and only to take this initiative without me giving a hint specifically. So that should speak well so far at least for that moment. I am always examining my own motives for absolutely everything at all times without fail to my best ability. And I self correct frequently to make sure that my motives for the most part aren't about me. It's not about me, it's what I can do for someone else or nature or the planet. That is the bottom line. Peace ouuuut

    When I reached out to Butler Kahn I will be honest I didn’t have high hopes, not due to any reviews or anything but simple I had reached out to many other billboard lawyers and tv commercial lawyers and they were all simply trying to settle for the policy limit take their 40% and “try” and negotiate hospital bills. I will in a motorcycle wreck breaking all 4 limbs and my pelvis, and the fact that I was going to walk away with under $50k (this was the policy limit) just did not feel right considering I was nearly $600k in medical debt due to the accident. I finally reached out to Butler Kahn after so many other firms telling me I needed to just settle and Butler Kahn explained to me the lengthy and risky process it was to try and get more and that’s why other firms just wanted to settle and take their cut and leave. I assumed this conversation was headed in the same direction but to my surprise they said they would take on the case and do everything they could to ensure that I got the settlement I deserve. Brittany Partridge was on the case and when I say she went above and beyond to make sure I understood absolutely everything going on with my (she goes through and breaks all the legal terms down so you can really understand) and keeping me up to date on every little move happening. I can not stress enough how good it feels to have someone that also isn’t just in the case for any reason, I could constantly tell Brittany also had a very emotion attachment to the case as well, in the sense of she wasn’t just wanting to try and win big numbers for any reason, she wanted to win because it’s what she thought was right and what I deserved. I don’t feel any other firm probably offers that considering non of the firms I really even talked to cared to hear about anything I had to say about how I felt or how my family had been affected by the whole event. I could honestly probably sit here and write a novel about everything but I’ll spare you the time. Brittany, and everyone at Butler Kahn, went way beyond my expectations and delivered great results. I can whole heartedly advise anyone in any situation similar to my own reach out to them. I hope that if there is someone going through what I was going through, that they stumble across this review and know that there are people out there that have your best interest in mind and those people are at Butler Kahn. Don’t hesitate, reach out to them and ask questions, I assure you they have the answers and they don’t mind the questions.
